That's a really good question LOL I'm wondering the exact same thing. Usually I try to match the tempo as closely as I can, but the first half of the song is so all over the place I probably would've had to add a new tempo change every bar or so to keep it on grid and I really didn't want to do that, so I decided to just roughly match all the sections and then include the tempo map to make everything easy.
