The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update+ 19/Feb/2021

Guys, I finished Chapter 6!!!!

Ahhhh!!! It went sooo smoothly :D

I'm putting some finishing touches on it today, but it's done, which means the 'fun' task of editing and playtesting can start next week. I'll also make sure to keep on top of SpunkyCat's edits for Chapter 5 as she sends them in. Might as well do all the editing in one go.

So yeah, pretty much all the heavy writing is done for the final stage of the demo! 

Still a while until that's out, but the biggest step is complete!

I had way too much fun writing F's opening (which I ended up changing from the original plan), so I was worried that would put me behind, but instead I ended up ahead of where I was hoping to be, hehe :D

This week, me and Nai also recorded February's Q&A ready for Youtube. Had some really awesome questions to answer, and we had such a blast doing it again! I love getting to really just chat and indulge in talking about Wayhaven! Also hope you'll enjoy the little bit of insight into Book Three one them gives...

But yeah, a short update this week because I just powered through and way past where I thought I was going to get to!!

${mason}'s concern stiffens, ${m_his} gaze slicing away, ${m_his} hands snapping back from reaching out, and ${m_his} shoulders jutting back.

This happens in one of the choices during M's romance (if you went on patrol with them in Book One, obviously, otherwise you get a different variation). Nice to have it pop up again unexpectedly, and rear that issue back up, even if it might not be explained quite yet...
