In American Pie, when Finch's scooter stalls out in front of Dog Years, the laughter from Jim and Oz is sincere because that was a kept in film blooper. In American Pie 2, when Jim says "Nadia will be expecting filet mignon and all I'm going to be able to give her is rump roast" in front of Dog Years, Oz and Finch laugh is genuine, another kept in film blooper.
