I’ve never tried it when it wasn’t frozen but when I ate it, it was more sweet than citrusy! kinda similar in taste to a peach or sweet plum? but different 😂 when persimmons are more ripe the taste gets sweeter so I assume it’s more citrusy when it’s less ripe
