Optional Prisoner Event

I'm wondering if I should take more time to put an event as a Prisoner in a bandit camp (finding a way to escape, serving bandits in all kind of...services) or skip that thing to focus on the main story. That'd be optional depending on your success on that event (with spoiler to know what could happen next like in Barakas events).
It could be cool but it will unfortunately delay a bit the development on main storyline. Remember there're both saint and deviant paths to deal with.
What do you think ? Your opinion matters even if I'll do what I think is right for the game at the end. Just to know your feeling about this. Without spoiling too much, it could include a little "prisoner life" and finding a way to escape and revenge. That'd need 15 more days I guess.
