Battles on next project

Hello,

I may do several polls and solicit you for the next project to make it as cool as possible.

Today, the fights...I must confess that it's not my best asset in game development, there are a lot of statistics and the grind can quickly be present.

How would you see the fights in the next project, let's imagine in an episode of Leridia or in a project of slayers against mutants in the modern world...

The idea is to have something eye candy and dynamic, not too complicated to code with and challenging in some way...

I would say have the option for a full fight mechanic, but maybe stats play a bigger role than just levels. Like maybe fame gives mc an attack buff for the fight, arrogance gives a defensive buff, tame, gives defensive debuff but could make the enemy more cocky and not take the fight too seriously, finally lust/horniness makes the enemy think with their you knows and maybe gives mc an edge with dodging or critical hits. Just an idea whatever you choose will be great so dont go crazy over it :)
