It is simpson's date scene. You can date by phone. Then you will see the scene. Before that, yoi raise corruption level on simpson.

right i've found how to do it, but it's a bit annoying that it's random when they appear in the bedrooms and don't shout at you

When you interact with the character during the scene, there is an option that says "use potion." Click on that to use the options you've bought from the Sanctuary.

You can give them a potion in their room :)

i don't get the option to give a potion to jenny or nicole, when they are in the livingroom together it doesn't give me the option to give them a potion, and the only places i find them alone are the toilet and bedrooms and they both shout at me, so what do i do, how can i give them a potion
