This is a very common problem, I'm having it as well. Some people are speculating that it has to do with the order you proceed. If you progress with the family too far before unlocking pregnancy at the hospital, you miss out. Something like that.

2021-02-17 10:34:03 +0000 UTCI was able to find out the problem by accurately telling me the situation. The residence has levels from 1 to 12. Going to the principal's house when you click'look around' means that your level has exceeded 12. I don't know why your level is twisted. I think the only solution is to do it again from the beginning.
2021-02-17 10:17:31 +0000 UTCHello, i am still having a problem with the residential area house wife, i can not get them pregnant. when i go to the residential area and i click on look around i am sent to the principal's house where i meet her family ( they are already enslaved) and i can talk to them or go out with them to get a scene with the house wife, but then when i go to the hospital i dont have access to any one to get pregnant.
