What's funny, it's exactly the opposite for me. Every time an RPG tries to shove a pet to me, I'm like, no thanks. I also like RPGs with a solo protagonist more than party ones... Hmm... But even judging by the current poll results, I should invest more time and work into cat moments. Since most take Pitchy with them, it's worth it.

It was sometime in the summer, I was just working on the tavern in the starting village near the scene with the drunkard (this scene was planned originally). And at that moment my cat came up to me. And was like, meow. I said something back to him. He meows again. I have a Scottish Fold, those who are familiar with this breed know how communicative they are. Anyway, that's when I had the idea to add a cat. My imagination immediately began to boil. The cat became mystically black. But with some of my cat's habits, like waiting for the end of a phrase and answering with his meow. And also to bite your hand unexpectedly xD

I feel that for my Survivor and Vagrant girls, a little pet will be something they like to have to somehow soften the hard live that they have experienced. And my Heiress is full of life, she can't left a cute little fur ball like that behind. It's just my asshole Noble who hate anything that doesn't want a cat :-).
