Release Schedule
Added 2019-05-20 08:39:54 +0000 UTCHello folks! All is well in the dev mines - we're over our artist management problems, we have our first set of commissioned art arriving in, and Chapter 3 is coming along very nicely indeed. While work continues, there's something I'd like to run past you!
So far, I've adopted a regular release cycle. Every week to two weeks, I'll batch up everything we have so far, and produce a minor release. This means you get a steady stream of new content, but sometimes things can slip between versions.
Alternatively, I can use a content-based release cycle. In this approach, I wait until we've hit all our dev plan goals for a version before releasing anything. This would mean you get bigger releases, but sometimes they might slip by a week or two.
Which do you folks prefer? Feel free to drop your thoughts in the comments, but keep it civil (and family friendly) - either way, you're in line for lots of delicious new content.

I can see the reason for a content-based release cycle, so I'm putting my vote there. However, while having something special for each release is sure to keep the updates from "getting stale", despite the irregularity, I worry about a lack of content over time if the updates are too ambitious. I guess I'd favor a mix, like the comment above.
