Would it be possible to tattoo over the regene tattoos?

2021-10-06 06:51:01 +0000 UTCI think this has been answered before but to confirm, in the ending where MC crashes but you jump to the puppet body has the regene secret been revealed? Can the MC have the gendertalk with Mortum even if you are not trans, gender questioning, or romancing them?
