About this month's vote

Starting this month, there is a change to the process for character voting as explained below.
1. Character nominations will now be held on Discord, if you wish to be involved in the nomination process; please follow the Discord invite below and link your account.
2. The monthly vote may include a 'theme', details will be provided on what does and does not qualify for that month. A Guardian may request for your nomination to be withdrawn if it does not comply with the theme or rules stipulated below; please respect this.
3. All members of the Discord are able to nominate 1 character by posting a reference image and including the characters name and source. Example: 2b, Nier Automata.
> No repeats of already suggested characters.
> No repeats of characters already sculpted by ESM.
> No nominations of unique characters owned by small/indie artists.
4. All members of Discord are able to vote for the characters they wish to see in the final poll by reacting with a π . Only the 'love heart' emote will be counted towards the vote.
5. The characters with the top 15 votes will make the final poll to be held on Patreon for currently active subscribers - members may vote for 1 character.
6. Of the top 3 characters Chenken will then choose 1 to sculpt.
This level of artistic freedom is to provide Chenken with the ability to pick a character he is most interested in sculpting, and to manage other planned releases for the upcoming months, such as; second monthly release, loyalty rewards and add ons.
Reminder: the monthly character nomination does not include a specific media, year, attire or other styling as shown in the reference image provided.
The winning character's design will be chosen by Chenken the founder and owner of ESM and may be modified to suit his style and preference.
Timeline:
Discord nominations held between 13-15th
Patreon vote held between 16-18th
Chenken winner announced on the 20th

2023-01-10 13:39:30 +0000 UTCHi Sepiroth, This was discussed, the nominations on Discord will be open to everyone, but the final poll held on Patreon will only be for currently active subscribers; to avoid the circumstance you described.

Base on patreon nomination only 1 picture is allowed but you are always welcome to our discord to post more picture of the character you want to nominate 2.Only 1 picture will be allowed in patreon but we welcome you posting in discord. Its allowed there more as we will only use it for reference and add it to my own style. Thank you for your support

2023-01-10 10:04:50 +0000 UTC1. How much pictures allowed per character? 2. Is it allowed to post photo of official figurines as reference? Or pictures of 3d models from other artists who doesn't make 3d prints?
