Thank you for all your support in July! It was a blast to come back down to my "normal" after the spring's con prep mania, loved drawing my boys again 🩷

For those reading through all this, however, if you're up for some real talk for a second:
I am so goddamn grateful for all of you who show such support for NSFW art and artists. I'm continuously confused and amazed that I'm able to make a living doing something that I enjoy so much, and that you can enjoy, too.
I'm sure over the past week many of you have seen the news about online censorship floating around, but I'm also sure that a lot of people aren't as chronically online as me/ haven't yet been affected by any of this,and may not be aware, so I'll summarize:
Payment processors have once again tightened their leash on adult content, and this time around they hit videogames and online indie content. This is nothing new, as patreon is constantly tightening it's rules on what's acceptable fiction. In addition, several governments are making or planning laws that essentially close the whole internet unless you upload your face and ID online. I won't ramble too much about this here, there's a lot of good reporting about this available for those who search, but this new wave of censorship has been fast, hard and devastating. It has disporpotionally impacted queer art and content, too. It's making it hard to focus and create, to make art, when you feel like you're just waiting for your life, community and income to suddenly go POOFF at any moment.

I don't really know how to concretely fight any of this, but those of you who have the spoons and are outraged enough, please look into venues on how to express your upset to those dictating your shit. Call your card company or pay/pal and demand why the hell you can't buy a perfectly legal game or comic zine. Contact a politician and press them on these issues. Talk to people, spread the word on how absurd all this is. Send complaints about your legal transactions or already purchased products getting blocked to the Better Business Bureau or your local equivalent of that. Because this is all fucked, it has been fucked for a long time, but now the fuckery is truly getting out of hand. It's gonna affect all of us, no matter if we want to buy a comic book with fanservice, listen to music or message our friends without ID checks or freely access wikipedia without having to use a VPN.

Those making the decisions need to at least be made aware how fucking stupid majority of their customers and citizens think all this is, instead of allowing a handful of religious nuts dictate how you spend your adult money or what database you must scan your face into.
