(Small pointless side rant but I just have to scream! I managed to break my tablet pen, conveniently right when, APPARENTLY, there's a global shortage of that exact make and model of pen that is compatible with my hardware 🫠 I found my old tablet's pen that somewhat works while I wait and see if the store I ordered from finds a way to materialize a new one out of thin air, only I once again had to figure out all the pen pressure settings from scratch for the spare pen and I just.
I've been having a time ok 😂 but jesus how is it possible that a very common wacom pen is out of stock from every fucking store??? Gahhhhh!
Also the pen broke because I'm dumb dumb and let it fall on the floor too many times and the plastic that holds the nib cracked off 💀 If I was a cruel father I could just say the cat chewed on it behind my back, which honestly he might have, but I am a benevolent head of the household and will carry the blame. He owes me one though.)

And sadly it's the part of the pen that holds the replacable nib that broke, so the nib just wobbles there with no support, and it's a part that won't even come off that I could replace! Very annoying, but I was very lucky that the tablet recognizes the old pen so at least I'm not totally out of luck.

Is it one with replaceable nibs? I know for some you can buy just a pack of pen nibs even if the pen itself isn’t available. If all else fails I suppose secondhand like eBay is the way to go. I sure hope it gets figured out! (And bless you, you noble cat father)
