Please NO SPOILERS guys! Best to avoid the topic completely because someone could accidentally say something without realizing it. We know Eric is very smart so he could pick up on the smallest hint! Don't even go there.

Really good points. I felt the same way about what Stannis said. To me it was - nah, Ned wouldn’t just hook up with some random woman from a whorehouse. I felt like, for Ned to do something like that, Stannis’ comment was geared toward the mother of his bastard having some sort of significance (like maybe he had feelings for another woman, since he wasn’t originally even meant to marry Cat). Even back in season 1, when Ned and Robert were talking about their younger years, you could tell they had different philosophies on that sort of thing. And great post about a little reminder of the history of House Stark. So much great lore.

Great reaction as always :-) The tension in that final scene when Grey Worm and Barristan were fighting was so palpable. And I really loved watching your brain scramble around in that part you recorded before editing. LOL - it reminds me so much of when me and a few of my hardcore GoT fans who always watch together would have the best discussions after episodes (from the beginning of the series, really). Most of our theories of attempts to grapple at information were way off, but the point is that it’s super interesting and fun to talk with one another about. Plus, it’s easy to let tons of possibilities flood into your mind with a show like this, that’s so detailed, so well written, with such strong characters.

I always thought that Stannis meant something else. He wasn’t saying Jon might not be Ned’s child, but that the mother wasn’t a lowly tavern wench. It wouldn’t have been Ned’s way, in Stannis’s eyes, to sink to a tavern wench for pleasure and Stannis thinks the woman would have been higher born. Also, remember that the Starks are the old kings of the north before the Stark king knelt to the dragons. All Starks have kings blood. It was a lot of fun to watch you think through this. Your imagination is something else, dude.
