If you do react to the pilot and then decide to react to the whole show just know that the first season and the first half of the second season are a little slow and hard to get through but once you do you're in for an amazing ride. Buffy is one if my all time favourite TV shows and it definitely has a strong following. If you like Charmed then you'll definitely like Buffy.
