The actual truth is probably a good deal more nuanced. There's some disagreement among those in the fan community about exactly how "in love" Miller is, and to some extent it depends on your definition of the term. The consensus among most is that Miller is inspired by Julie, that he's more in love with the *idea* of her than he is with her, whom he has (after all) never met. Either way, there's more of this story to come, obviously, so you will (I'm sure) decide for yourself as things progress.
