No one knows about all - or maybe even most? - of them. I can’t remember if it’s said in the books that Margaery found one that leads to Tommen’s chamber? But it’s possible...that’s my guess here. Also! Forgetting for 2 scenes that Locke was sent to kill Jon is totally forgivable given the fact that the vast majority of reactors don’t even realize who Locke is at this point!

2019-01-17 15:43:27 +0000 UTCI always thought the baby's reaction to the White Walkers was super interesting. He was fairly calm in the arms of the one on the horse and seemed to only cry when he was set down. And then he smiled at the White Walker that touched him. Very strange.
