And also at the end of the intro credits, a slight reveal of the Relic of CREATION which Atlas guards, which poetically enough is shown at the same time as series CREATOR Monty Oum, so loved that reference :)

I like Ruby's choice too! It definitely continues the theme of truth and deception that has already been set up

I like Ruby's choice to lie here. Whether it's wrong or right is one thing (and I lean towards not wrong at least), but mostly for how I think it shows that it is hard to be in Oz's position. It's a neat way of moving the focus to what this volume have pretty openly declared it's gonna be about: Trust. How hard it is to make these trust-based choices on such an short notice (like, Ironwood is their ally and warmly welcoming them, but what they saw and experienced in Mantle was also unsettling), how difficult it is to trust in people's courage when you have to tell them the fight they are facing is a lot scarier than they were initially told.
Ruby and Co are aiming at doing better than Oz, so they're going to have to face those questions.

Remember that rabbit hero, Mirko, they introduced at the end of My Hero season 4? She shares an English va with Harriet (funny that they’re both rabbit inspired). Also, Qrow’s new va,
Jason Liebrecht, does the English voice of Dabi (dunno if you even picked up on the fact that he changed voice actors). It’s always neat seeing familiar voice actors pop up in stuff. Extra neat given that you’re reacting to both shows at the same time.

And now begin the discussion, where does everyone stand in relation to Ironwood. I personally never felt right about Ruby keeping the truth from Ironwood here, especially considering he's trusting them with his entire plan. I always agreed with Ironwoods stance on telling the world because for who knows how many lifetimes Oz has tried to keep the truth hidden and things have only gotten worse with each generation.
