Update to YouTube troubles

I think the anxiety just built up slowly over the last year and a half and it kind of came together all at once. It's been a while since I've really re-centered myself with why I'm making videos in the first place. When I first started YouTube, I did it with the goal of talking more about issues that were important to me and hopefully helping people understand them better. I told myself that regardless of how much hate I got or what obstacles I ran into, I wouldn't let any negativity affect the way I do things.
The YouTube algorithm is just another obstacle at the moment. I still get to do something I love, talk about things I care about, and even help people in ways I never anticipated. I also don't have any guarantees that it is the community guidelines warning that is causing the issues (correlation is not causation), and I have no guarantees that something similar wouldn't happen again if I started a new channel. I will look for other ways forward with getting the algorithm to not completely ignore my videos sometimes, but I've decided to stick with my current channel and not make a new one.
I hope I didn't give you all whiplash from the drastic back and forth I did the last few weeks, but I greatly appreciate you all. Thank you for the support! Hope you all had a great holiday! I'll post a January update soon :)
