2023-07-26 02:11:54 +0000 UTCI think believing in psychics and similar stuff would only be a dealbreaker for me if my partner kept spending ridiculous amounts of money on it or something like that. I mean, of course if it's their money they'd still have the right to do it, but I think at that point I might start considering them too "irresponsible" for my taste, so to speak. As for my own beliefs, I like to think of myself as a completely rational person, but I won't deny that there's been certain stuff in my life that sometimes makes me doubt. More specifically, the number 18 has been so prominent in my life it's ridiculous. It's my birthday (which in fact is April the 18th, which is also the 108th day in the year), the day my parents got married, the birthday AND house number of my last ex, the birthday of up to three girls I went out with a few times (and I haven't gone out with that many)... and then August the 1st (or 1/8 in the way we write dates where I live) is both the day I started dating my first girlfriend and the birthday of the guy who made me realize I am bi. So yeah, it's probably just a bunch of coincidences but... It makes me reconsider things. 😂

2021-12-29 17:58:51 +0000 UTCAlso THANK you for being critical of Leonard. People tend to think he acts like a saint compared to Sheldon, ect, where I see it differently. He has very unappealing moments, and a lot of those he could help. Where a lot of Sheldon's issues he has no control over them.

Raj actually references her in the episode The Bat Jar Conjecture (s1 e13) as “the girl from the Wonder Years” after he mentions TV’s Blossom to join the physics bowl team. She’s also written many mathematical books to encourage girls into math.
