2022-02-07 19:42:49 +0000 UTCI would say Clover is loyal to Ironwood to a fault and follows him without question. And this mindset kind of forced Qrow to go along with Tyrian's proposal because Clover wouldn't let up. On top of that Qrow can't run because Robyn is lying unconsious on the ground. And you actually see Qrow not really minding if he hits Tyrian while focusing on Clover so it is not like he is completly forgetting about him. But on top of that, Qrow really liked Clover and was devestated that another friendship of his fell apart which lead to him screaming at Clover at the end. I actually like this moment because it depics what can happen when things happen suddenly and emotions are hightened. This situation is a perfect storm that brings out various character traits in all of them. Robyn wants to protect Mantle, Clover wants to follow orders and Qrow needs to deal with the fact that yet another positive friendship in his life turned sour while still trying to do the right thing in dealing with Tyrian.

2022-02-06 16:27:56 +0000 UTCYeah, to defend Qrow's bad decisions a little bit, Clover does keeps pushing him pretty hard when he initially tries to focus on Tyrian. Clover goes after Qrow as his first target instead (because he sees Qrow as the bigger threat), and gives Tyrian some pretty good openings. He can't take Tyrian down while Clover keeps going after him, and as Clover won't stop.... bad decisions it is :(
