It would actually make perfect sense for the last character you mentioned to be “up,” since Japanese sentence structure is somewhat the reverse of English. So it’s basically like the difference between saying “over a hundred thousand” vs “one hundred thousand +” lol

2022-03-01 19:30:09 +0000 UTCIt was so refreshing to see Flame'o Hotman--I MEAN Endeavor--as a good teacher, despite the unfortunate circumstances on why he changed his mind about teaching only Shoto. (I had to put in the Avatar reference because my brain refused to release the thought, hehe.) But in all seriousness, I myself found some of Endeavor's lessons to be helpful. If only I had the BURNING PASSION to devote myself to my work like he does! (Pun intended, am not sorry.) It does sound like the Commission is expecting the students to fight if the heroes themselves won't be enough, so I would assume 1-B and all the upperclassmen are doing internships to prepare for the same thing.
