So two things about this soundtrack - "Until the End" was written solely by Casey. If you notice, all of the other songs say "by Jeff Williams, feat. Casey Lee Williams."
"Until the End" just says "by Casey Lee Williams.".
Also, "Hero" - you asked who the "you" is referring to? I think the common interpretation is that he's referring to the people of Atlas/Mantle, since this is the song that plays during the fight between Ironwood and Watts, with all the crazy gravity stuff. My personal headcanon though, is that the "you" refers to Oz. There's a few lines that make that stand out to me:
"Take my hand / I'm here to protect you" could refer to Oscar at the beginning of the volume since he promised Oscar he would be safe in Atlas.
"I would fly into the sun / if that would keep our dream alive" could refer to Oz's core group of Ironwood, Glynda, Qrow, Leonardo and Theodore (the Vacuo headmaster we haven't met yet) and their dream of stopping Salem for good.
"The plan I made will guide us home" - Ironwood took over the responsibility of leading the fight against Salem while the battle in Mistral was going on, since there was no way to communicate with the other Kingdoms, so he didn't know Oz had reincarnated and was working on a plan of his own. But it was a responsibility I don't think he was ever supposed to take on, per Oz's instructions.
"No chance that I won't take / my oath to you I won't forsake" - he probably swore a lot of oaths when Ozpin first brought him into the group.
"What if it's true as they say / that I don't have a heart / that I'm more a machine than a man" - Ironwood is meant to represent the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz, and all of Oz's group represent those characters (Glynda Goodwitch, Ironwood - Tin Man, Leonardo Lionheart - Cowardly Lion, Qrow - Scarecrow, etc.)
"Hearts and minds may not agree / emotions topple strategy" - Ironwood was constantly pushing Oz to take action in Vol 2 and 3, but Ozpin was playing the longer, emotional game,
"You can't believe in honesty / that your children can win a war" - a direct quote from Vol 2, Chp 2 when we are first introduced to Ironwood. As he's leaving Oz's office he says "Do you honestly believe your children can win a war?" and Ozpin replies "I hope they never have to."
Anyway, that's just my headcanon.
And "Fear" is basically a lyrical version of Ozpin's monologue in the final episode while Oscar is falling from Atlas. Can't wait to see your reaction to Vol 8!

About Hero, "Due Process" is also the name of Ironwoods dual guns. Which does say something about him, doesn't it? xDD
