2022-03-02 21:12:00 +0000 UTCThank youf or talkinga bout this. I was DISTURBED too by the maount of people supporting Putin and Russia. Like YIKES. I had a family I am aware of online who' s daughter is 38 weeks pregnant and with her husband-who's an only child. And they had to leave his parents behind in ukraine, and she had to flee first. Because they ahve issues with males in Russia. They finally got across the border, it sounds ilke but the whole 5 days was very stressful for that family. Of them being on the road so much, while she was so pregnant, and him worrying about having to be left behind at border, perhaps. It felt like a movie as it was so surrreal to me. And they are conserative people, but nice people. And times like this I felt was necessary to remind people everyone there is human. Their other sister adopted two boys from Urkaine-and their home orphange was being bombed, and the children had to flee. Just SO heartbreaking to watch!

2022-03-01 09:56:16 +0000 UTCright now, life in Poland is hard and that is NOTHING on how hard it is in Ukraine and for Ukrainian people here who had to run and leave their loved ones. We all hope it’s going to end. That Putin’s clique would realize the man is insane and, erm, neutralize him. But so far all we can do is pray.

2022-02-28 20:52:01 +0000 UTCThank you for addressing your last video’s comments, it’s really appreciated. Obviously, I’m not sitting in Putin’s head (eugh) but for us here in Poland and my Ukrainian and Belarusian friends, the reason for invasion is pretty simple. One - Ukraine forming closer political ties with the West shrinks down Putin’s already shrinking control zone. And two - more importantly - Putin absolutely cannot and will not allow a country to flourish after freeing itself from Russia’s influence via revolution. Ukraine wasn’t a threat until it was poor and struggling post Euromajdan. Now it started to succeed and it’s economy finally picked up, it’s a perfect case for other countries under Putin’s influence to point at and go “hey, we want that, too!”
