I was logged into a different patreon as I couldn't access this right away. But wanted to say the Howard actor does a lot of impressions, so it was mainly in that. Though I will say that those kinds of jokes DO age poorly, Hawkings was actually a fan of the show-and I think enjoyed those jokes. But like you said, it is important to think of others with that condition! Also I totally think Amy is bi-curious at the very least. She has a bit of a crush on Penny, that is shown more later on.
