I definitely think Kimblee was a psychopath before the war XD
Olivier seems really cool. Can't wait to see more of her

Kimblee is an interesting character. It's hard to know if he was already a psychopath before the Ishvalan War, or if fighting in the war is what broke him. I've heard theories for both, but I tend to lean towards the idea that he was already crazy and he was still accepted as a State Alchemst because Bradley wanted someone who would kill without hesitation or any compunctions.
Al is a sweetheart. He's so patient and caring - everything that's happened to him could have broken him, but somehow his good nature survived the failed transmutation and everything that they've been through in the last four years.
General Armstrong's name is Olivier Mira Armstrong, but it's pronounced O-liv-e-a and she is one of the biggest badasses in this show, on the level of Izumi (the Elrics' teacher) and Mustang. If you think about how harsh the weather conditions up north are, and the fact that Briggs is right on the border between Amestris and Drachma. Ed said when they met Ling that they had a tentative peace agreement with Drachma, but to soldiers defending the border, tentative might as well be "non-existent". Can't wait to see what you think of her as the show continues to progress.
