The intros all grow on me :) Ugh, the part about the Xingese Emperor is really sad

2020-04-14 18:10:49 +0000 UTCThis intro and the intro for part 5 are probably my two favorite intros, for different reasons. I won't spoil anything, but I love the idea that Ed and Al are separated and searching for each other in the intro, and in the scene when the other characters show up and start filling the area around them, I love the idea that it's showing how Ed and Al's actions are affecting everyone around them. The pig guy is Zampano and the frog guy is Jerso. The interesting thing about May's dilemma is that what she's saying about the Xingese Emperor - she's saying about her father. She's the seventeenth princess of Xing - so she's saying that her own father would be willing to kill any number of his own people in order to achieve immortality.

2020-04-14 14:37:53 +0000 UTCIf themes of understanding are of interest to you, You may be interested in Mobile Suit Gundam 00 as a future reaction series. Most Gundam would fit the bill but thats one of the stand alone series that you could watch independent of any others. Unicorn probably fits a bit better but thats a capstone story that follows up on 3 prior series and a movie.
