GET FIT

After hurting my back in May 2019, I've been unable to squat without intense pain in my lower back the next day. Thanks to my friend (and high school physics teacher) recommending a chiropractor to me during this lockdown, I'm practically pain free and can start squatting again. Only took like 5 sessions. 

I'm going to continue going, but in the meantime, I decided to work this squat program: https://twohundredsquats.com/ 

I used to be able to do 100+ squats in a row but after not squatting for more than a year, I maxed out at 31 lol
I'll probably do the pullup, pushup, and plank programs as well.

Lmk if anyone wants to join in and get fit during this lockdown :)

So exciting! I’ve been entertaining ideas of starting a weights program again, but procrastinating. This might be a good push to get started!
