Added 2020-07-11 20:25:32 +0000 UTCGood news: My external hard drive is FINALLY back in my hands and they charged me the minimum quoted amount of $500 after saying it would cost between $500 and $1500 to recover the data. All videos with my full reactions have been saved.
Bad news: The reason they charged me the minimum amount was that almost everything that wasn't a video file was corrupted. Even though I don't actually need the word files where I typed up commentaries anymore, I put a ton of time into them and it's not a great feeling that they weren't able to be recovered.
Everything I edited and hadn't exported yet is also corrupted, so I'll have to re-edit quite a lot, which means I won't be able to post a bunch of stuff at once like I had wanted to.
Also had a few games I was in the middle of playing that, while I still own, have corrupted save files lol
Bad news: I was given a BS community guidelines strike for a year-old video. I redirected a reaction because there were copyright issues and YouTube said I was scamming/peddling in deceptive practices. I made sure that it won't happen again but the immediate consequence is that YouTube won't let me stream, upload, or post anything for a week.
Good news: After that week, we will be continuing EVERYTHING.

Wednesday: Westworld
Saturday: My Hero Academia
I'll go back to streaming The Last of Us Part 2 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as well.
Music Mondays going on hold as we finish up Hamilton. Music videos have been giving me headaches with copyright issues. Will have to see if it's worth doing going forward. It's all been songs from the U.S.
Agents of Shield will continue and we also have two more movies this month that will air on Patreon on the 24th and the 31st.

There are tons of reactions to that kpop song and none of them have ever gotten any claims for it. I suspect because that song was made as a promotion song for a game thing so they love the increased promotions from everywhere?

I'm actually pretty satisfied since the long wait period made me think everything would be lost xD Mostly just exhausted since I haven't had a good night of sleep since my dad was fired back in September other than the 2/3 weeks my parents went to Taiwan in February.
