Great reaction. This is 1 of my favorite episodes of volume 2. This is partially because Penny is my favorite character and partially because of the awesome fight. I loved the interactions between Ruby and Penny because it's cute and heartwarming but also because it's 1 of my favorite pairings called Nuts and Dolts. Also I'm sure people have told you in the comments but a lot of the pairings have interesting/hilarious names there are so many in fact people have created multiple Google docs for them. Those team attack names are in fact mostly based on ship names which is a great reference to the fandom but it also works in universe because of the color schemes of the characters. Fun fact Neo is based on a female Roman Torchwick cosplay that Monty really loved and I believe was created and added in to volume 2 during production.

2020-07-28 22:28:13 +0000 UTCI loved your reaction!! As all the characters are based off fairytales, Penny references Pinocchio! She is not a "real girl" and whereas Pinocchio's nose grew longer every time he lies, she hiccups instead. Always a fan of both your movie and RWBY reactions! Also for clarity, which I understand can be confusing, Aura is the generic "forcefield" which protects the characters from suffering debilitating injuries (like Yang being punched through a concrete pillar), and Semblance is the special ability that is an extension of their Aura; e.g. Ruby's speed with petals, Weiss' snowflake glyphs, Yang's take damage double damage thing.
