2020-11-15 01:33:22 +0000 UTCI don’t know if you noticed this when watching the episode but way back when we officially meet father he says that everything Greed wants is what Father wanted first. Greed realising that what he actually wanted were friends is impactful because it means that Father never really wanted power or anything like that. He wanted friends and a family but he was so misguided that his desires were twisted. It’s a tragic story of a tragic villain. He wasn’t treated as a person. He was treated as some sort of supreme being who only possessed knowledge and that’s what messed him up.
