A shame! If it DID work that way we would have seen All Might or heard about Nana using other quirks I guess xD

2021-02-20 17:29:34 +0000 UTCthe question probably has been answered by now but one for all doesnt pass down quirks, it accumulates POWER and that can be passed down, so it would boost existing quirks but not pass them down ^^ at least as far as i understand things its more of an conservation of energy thing and less off an inhereting abilities thing.
