Delaware Smashes are Deku-invented smashes of air, which cause air pressure attacks that break defenses. He perfected this move with his flicks at the sports festival against Todoroki. Detroit Smashes are All Might's signature one-fist hits-flesh punch. So for Deku to say One For All, 1,000,000%, Delaware-Detroit Smash, was Deku flinging out his fingers to use the air pressure to tear through Muscular's muscles, and then immediately re-clenching that same fist to punch Muscular in the face. Air pressure plus fist-meets-flesh, equals a take down of any defense. Nerding over. I'mma go hide now.
