2021-02-07 03:38:53 +0000 UTCI could be wrong but I think Wanda only recognised Pietro when he mentioned why she's not hugging him, his brother. Then she said "Pietro?" and he nodded. So she may not have know who he was until he spoke. Of course I do agree that it's difficult to tell when Wanda's lying or not. It's still a mystery.
