Blocked anime reactions!
Added 2021-03-19 00:11:40 +0000 UTCSo after season 1 of My Hero Academia, I've had a lot of trouble getting past copyright blocks, to the point where all of season 3 has been redirects. That has made views for the show tank. I obviously love the show and will continue reacting to it but I want to limit the amount of work I put into a series that doesn't bring in many views. So I was thinking about no longer editing the series and just sharing the full reactions with everyone.
First thought was that early access would get full reactions a week early, and for the full reaction tier, to make up for the loss of exclusive access to the full reactions, I was thinking of releasing episodes 3 weeks early (so 2 weeks earlier than the early reaction tier).
There are other anime that I'd love to watch but I know that they very easily get blocked (Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer, Hunter X Hunter) and I didn't want to deal with that headache of those being blocked. This method would open up those shows as possibilities in the future. To be extra clear, this would only apply to anime reactions that get blocked.
No final decision has been made but I wanted to get some feedback from you all who are supporting me on Patreon. What do you think? Let me know :)

I like your solution to this! I think it is a great idea and I'm all for what you do.this seem reasonable as well.

2021-03-19 07:48:23 +0000 UTCI think doing just full reactions would be the best thing especially if it means you'll be able to more easily watch other anime especially Attack on Titan or Fruits Basket 2019. No matter your decision I will always love your content. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

2021-03-19 00:39:28 +0000 UTCI think your solution is not a bad idea. I like it because obviously it means editing doesn't need to be done for these and you can have your discussion without the edited reactions. Hopefully you get more peace of mind with this decision. Honestly, I think most anime shows will get blocked anyway so this is a nice solution to just stick to full reactions. I like your decision.

2021-03-19 00:24:38 +0000 UTCgreat idea, anime is bad for getting blocked in general. I don't get the studio doing it because it brings notoriety to the series. I wouldn't even have watched anime if it wasn't for reaction channels
