The stereotype I've heard a lot though is that immigrants will refer to therapy as "white people shit" but yeah, I definitely know some white people who think therapy is for crazies too xD Really enjoyed this video! Going to try to do more eventually :)

2021-05-06 06:05:25 +0000 UTCI love these two, I watch all their videos for some perspective. And speaking as a child of upper middle class white people, they thought therapy is for crazies too. It takes some work to get older generations to see the benefits.
