Also, I think the "big clients" who'd net hackers more money could also be a lot more difficult to tackle. I mean, if you scam a thousand random grandmas who click on a phishing link you net a lot of money and they're less likely to cause you trouble. What they're gonna do beyond going to the police. Meanwhile Google might retaliate and it's probably just too big to poke.
