OC Toonification: ShineofRain's Cleo
Added 2021-04-10 16:14:12 +0000 UTCWinner of the first OC Toonification drawing was ShineofRain and their OC Cleo. According to Shine, Cleo doesn't care for transformation, and has two ways of dealing with it: regressing to Cute mode or going past to Rage mode.
Well, I've drawn a few cute OCs, but very few RAGE MODE OCs. Couldn't pass that up.
