it would be fun to see a solitaire movie in the world of Netflix Heartstopper, so some things are changed but Tori's story is mostly the same

As someone who read Solitaire when it was first out, it was super interesting when Heartstopper started because we already knew Charlie, Nick, and Ben from like a year later. So it was interesting to see how they got to where we originally met them in Solitaire (though some of it has been changed a bit and Heartstopper doesn't even mention Ben during this timeframe, where in Solitaire he is a major "supporting" character). Most of the changes were really good though, a lot of Charlie's scenes in Solitaire got pretty intense and I feel like Heartstopper tells the story a bit more softly, in a good way though. Also the characterization of Nick is quite different, and I definitely prefer Heartstopper Nick.
