YouTube deletes 2nd channel

Well I thought the 2nd channel was going relatively well. I didn't see the same drop off in views that I do on my main channel, but then this happened. I was given no explanation other than an email that says pretty much the same thing. Welp. Appealing it but might be better off going back to the regular channel in the near future.
Edit: Just realized the font is TINY. This is what it says: "This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations."
