I've enjoyed the whole Shrek franchise, and the last Puss in Boots movie was fun too, but I loved this movie way more than I expected to T_T I would (hyperbolically) die for Perrito!

2023-01-26 16:05:57 +0000 UTCGoing into this blind too, I heard people saying good things I thought it would be crap. I see the character design looks more Disney to me. It feels like the older Shrek movies had this kind of semi cartoonish semi realistic look about the human characters. The way the characters move at times remind me of stop motion, it almost has similar feel to Spider-Verse movie IMO. I really enjoyed Goldilocks. Not sure about Shrek 5 cause that last movie forever after I wasn't the biggest fan of but if they do it like they did this movie could be good. I can't believe this Shrek franchise has been going on 20 plus years now, we've grown up and some have kids of their own its like multi generational at this point.
