Interesting! I guess maybe when it's made in reality TV shows they play up the difficulty of the dish just to add to the drama XD

Most of the ingredients are very forgiving and don’t require complex preparation. The beef tenderloin is just really expensive. I like to make individual wellingtons with filet mignons so there’s no possibility of wasted leftovers.

2023-04-25 21:30:22 +0000 UTCYes! The bloopers are fantastic! Great tidbit about that scene also was that it was supposed to be audio only. Last minute, the director said it was going to be on camera, in front of the audience, which really threw Jim and Mayim off, because they weren't prepared for that. Can you imagine how embarrassing it would be, especially if you hadn't mentally prepared yourself for it?! The bloopers are great, but they probably came just from being totally unprepared, and thrown off. Love those two though!! Love this episode!!
