A bit of a quiet week as current shows have finally all gone on break. I'm getting myself back on schedule after letting myself fall behind at some point last year, but have a few things planned for the near future as well.
We did hear some news regarding the next seasons of a few things I'm reacting to. The Witcher season 3 is releasing in two parts, one at the end of June and the other at the end of July. With the news that Henry Cavill is leaving after this season, I'm not entirely sure how much I want to continue watching.
Something I'm very much looking forward to is season 2 of Heartstopper, which is coming the first week of August. Really enjoyed the first season and can't wait to get back into it.
As for movies this month, I wanted to react to The Menu when it released earlier in the year but was too busy with something else, so I'm finally getting to it this week. The other movies this month will be Portrait of a Lady on Fire (excellent film), Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and John Wick Chapter 4. Not sure where the Mario movie and Suzume (Makoto Shinkai's next film) will fall, but we will adjust as needed. Have a happy May!
