His OC Judy Wall is a ample-chested young woman, and in this pic is having some troubles getting ready for a cosplay competition (the facilities are lacking in available volume, even if Judy isn't.)
Foe sure she's winning a ribbon for her Sue Storm-Richards cosplay (controversial 4-boob-window outfit). Once she gets out of the changing room.
