For about a week, I got up quite late. For my body, I did, as much as possible, joint exercises after waking up. Yes, the day is definitely different if you don't wake up early in the morning.
I began to get the feeling that I was clearly missing something. Without activity during the day, I begin to feel like a lignified amoeba π my body requires movement, and yoga, stretching, fitness are what I need.
Level in yoga? You know, I don't think about which one I am, and I advise you not to pay attention to it. After all, what is important in yoga is to relax, relieve tension, stress, fill with energy, feel yourself from the inside. Do as you feel, as you want. Listen to your soul, your body.
