A recipe for a very simple smoothie, in case you want a healthy & sweet food:
Dates, bananas, vegetable milk (yogurt is possible).
How many ingredients are needed, I estimate depending on the number of servings.
By the way, you can make ice cream by freezing banana slices in the freezer, and then crush them in a blender!
