Tantric practices are so filling that a little more and I will start flying!

I wanted to tell you that I am now in the practice of hunger. Don't be scared, it's for cleansing and healing the body. Good preparation, a gentle beginning of practice, a calm state and spiritual practices are a favorable course of hunger. Today is the 7th day. I'm set for 12 days! The fact is that in the process of hunger, the body switches to hidden resources, draws moisture and nutrition from some formations in the body, like cysts, tumors, etc. Pathogens are not able to survive in the body during hunger, therefore the body is cleansed at all levels! That's exactly what my goal is. And besides, all spiritual practices, energy practices, meditations, are practiced on an empty stomach and give a powerful effect in hunger. Because the body does not waste energy on digesting food!
