Thank you for the compliment. There are no plans to add voice acting for the dialogue currently. Perhaps sometime down the road if the project maintains its growth. Fun fact: I always imagine Justin's lines spoken by Eric Ladin, who did Ellis in L4D2. Would be cool if we could hire him. :D
