And I definitely do think that Quirks have an affect on personalities! Iirc, they do mention that Himiko Toga's fascination towards blood was a result of her Quirk. Though I think for most people, the influence is a little more subtle, whereas Himiko was forced to repress it her entire childhood and so it built up into being her entire personality.
